I got to know Barbie on the internet. I was planning to downsize to a townhouse, but wasn't anxious to get started. After about six months she coaxed me to start looking inside the available units. I did, and made an offer on one and bought it at a reasonable price.
We immediately put my big house on the market and within the first week I had about 10 interested parties and a good offer, who did buy at my expected price. Barbie's timing was perfect.

Following medical advice, I was required to move from Victoria, BC to a drier climate and chose the Shuswap as a final retirement destination.
